I stopped by this IHOP today and had a good experience overall. The place was clean, the dining area looked well-kept, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The food came out fresh and tasted good. Service was fine, and the staff stayed busy but were still friendly. It was a comfortable spot to sit down and enjoy a meal, and everything seemed organized even though it was fairly crowded.
