I've been getting online orders. They've been messing up a lot. I ordered the Gotta Have it and they gave me the size smaller. They also dont chop up their strawberries. Who can eat a big frozen strawberry? Not me. They also dont have seating anymore. That's now torn out. Parking sucks just to get ice cream and leave.

Your incredibly young staff could figure out better customer service. While I was able to get my order from a very friendly kid & it was delicious, not a single one of the other at LEAST 6 employees even asked my friend after me for her order. She actually walked out with no ice cream after I asked the same kid who made mine if he could get her order. She got tired of being ignored by your other ignorant staff who were too busy chit chatting with each other to even acknowledge her! Will not be back
