Unbelievably fantastic service. It's 4pm, torrential downpour, parking lot is packed. I just saw an employee with an umbrella walking a customer with a baby stroller out to their car. Employee's in the rain but the dad and baby were completely covered. Saw a few more employees dashing around getting orders out the door, opening the doors, and running with umbrellas. Placed an order online, was ready in 15 minutes. They even called me with instructions on how to pick up the tree safely so no one would be harmed in the rain.

Culver’s has to be one of our favorite places to eat burgers and dessert. The food is great and the staff is usually nice. However, we experienced a very unpleasant moment with Penny (team trainer). My daughter and I were ordering our food when a Door Dash woman went to the “Pick Up” shelf to get the food she was going to deliver. Right then Penny stopped mid-sentence taking our order and yelled at the woman in front of a packed Friday evening dinner line. She said, “Don’t come behind this counter to get the food. Ordered on DoorDash. The food and desserts are significantly better than those at McDonald's, Wendy's, and Burger King. The freshness of the ingredients in their burgers tastes fresher than the restaurants I mentioned. Hands down I'll be ordering from them consistently.

Best “fast dining” fish sandwich in my own opinion… my wife enjoyed Culver’s famous butter cheeseburger! We arrived late.. nearly 40 minutes to close service was as good as lunch or dinner rush.
