Went to this Culver’s to get food for the family. From the start it was a nightmare. 1)was redirected to the small shack to order my food instead of the drive through (don’t fall for it your order will come out wrong) 2)they forgot the pup cup so I ran in to get one (a tiny portion of a pup cup). 3) When I got home everyone got their food but me, I got the side and no double butter burger. 4) upon return to get the burger and fresh side as I handed them my now cold side because of the driving back and forth. 5) the guy that was handling the order opened the box showed it to the guy next to him

This place was okay, I like Culver's but this location I'll probably never come back to and the reason why is due to the food. The order was correct, however the fries were hotter. Then the burger that I got the cheese was not melted and the meat patties tasted like they're the same temperature as the cheese and the chicken sandwich that I got. The chicken was barely even warm. At least they could have put it in the heater or microwave for a little bit before they served it to me.

I have never been so disappointed with a restaurant since Mc Donald’s, they always mess up my order, I have to literally look every time before leaving bc I get my food to go, I asked for grilled onion and bacon on my butter burger and they can never get it right, i got raw onion and no bacon which I payed extra for and when I told them it had no bacon they gave me two small slices (when they did get my burger right they gave me 4 pieces), a few days ago I got grilled onion and lettuce on my double butter burger and they barely put lettuce on it and only gave me one patty but charged me a doub

We visit this Culver’s once a year on our way back from the Boundary Waters. They’re consistently the friendliest, cleanest and overall best Culver’s. Excellent staff and experience.
