Visiting this location is always a delightful experience. Alicia, the drive-thru attendant, is consistently kind and attentive. Their cookies are delicious, and the chicken noodle soup in the bread bowl is my absolute favorite. I’ll definitely be returning!

3/20/26 found mice in a salad 🥗 we ordered. Panera Bread claims the mice came from Brothers Produce of Dallas and not the actual store. Be aware of salads you’re eating

The food was very good. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Food was prepared and ready in a timely manner. The fireplace was going and added a nice touch. My issue was a walked up to order and a heated back and forth between two employees was occurring. The lady taking my order was taking my order and addressing another male employee. I understand people are human and have emotions. However there is a time and a place for all things and it wasn't in full view of customers. I was embarrassed for the employees and the other guests. Wow just wow

I love the chicken and wild rice because it normally has a creamy consistency. Today it was super watery, I literally could’ve put a straw in it. Highly disappointed with my food and I normally have nothing but great things to say about Panera.
