If I give a 0 I would. My pregnant daughter is up there taking a class for work. She ordered food from Tropical Smoothie and was going to get an apple pie from McDonald's. So she parked in the McDonald's parking lot and walked across the street to pick the order up from TS then was going to get her apple pie. She was gone from her car for 5 minutes and I know because I was on the phone with her. When she came out if TS her car was already loaded by the towing company. She had not seen the sign on the corner of the property and the tow truck driver had to point it out. It costed her $290 that s

It wasn't really busy and I had to wait and wait for my food. I love my Frappes every day and most times I never get the extra caramel nor the chocolate in which I customized the Frappe to be and pay a little extra for. I've really backed out of going here much. Really wish the employees would stop rushing and engage with customers.

This place is a mess, floors, tables, everything is dirty. Placed an order at the kiosk and waited 25 mins for my food which was cold as soon as I got it. Counter is constantly mobbed by Door Dash drivers. It's amazing how low the bar is for McDonald's now.

Terrible service. Hard to find clean and wiped table. Staff shows zero motivation and zero customer care. I’m very disappointed with this local McDonald’s in Chapel Hill experience. Even yes, food when we finally got it was alright.
