nothing im about to say applies to the people working in the morning, they are lovely and seldom mess things up. the evening shift at this mcdonalds is probably the most incompetent group of employees to ever hold a job. the line is always wrapped around the building, but not because of high demand, because they can never finish making food on time. and when you do get your food it's always messed up. I went in 4 times in 1 hour because the messed up my order repeatedly, despite me explaining what it was to them constantly. their drive thru speakers are broken, but that's not the reason, becau

Took over 30 minutes to get my food and they messed up my order twice. Gave them my receipt twice (printed and digital) and even verbally told them and they still got it wrong. And that last part still gets me, how can I tell them “no pickles, no onions” and they can only repeat only the no onions part to the employees? Ridiculous. Would give negative stars if I could.

Why do you put cheese on people's food when they specifically ask for something WITHOUT cheese. I double checked when I ordered my food, I checked my receipt to make sure it said no cheese. I get to work, and my sandwich has cheese. It's melted into the bread an on the meat, and you can't remove it. Are you trying to unalive people with allergies? Come on now. But I have to say the person at the window who handed me my order was very kind and friendly and I know it's not HIS fault my order was wrong.

I did a curbside pickup and when I get there I had to go in or go through the drive-thru and it was packed! But when I pulled up, and worker was bringing out 2 orders for curbside! They failed to put Splenda in my coffee! Had to dig around the car to find some for my bitter coffee!
