I'd not been to a Dennys for quite awhile and was pleasantly surprised to eat at the one in Chico during business travel. The dining room was very clean and staff seemed happy to see me (oddly). I tried the new bourbon steak and potatoes and it was excellent. Steak was cooked perfectly and flavor was excellent. The jukebox was a nice touch too. Kudos to the waitress Chloe, as she was very friendly and took care of me.

Nice and quiet, our server was awesome but she had very little help. A few tables had been cleared but not wiped off when we got there. After a person took care of that, we never saw them again, only our server and the cook. Food is pretty classic Denny's, as is the decor. Plenty of parking.

Stephanie did a wonderful job handling so much! She waited tables, cooked in the back, too, and was so kind, witty, and understanding! Hang in there! Even amidst the incredible business of the night, she was exemplary! Liked the venue, and LOVED the food.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Me and my partner hadn’t had the Denny’s experience yet, so we went to the one in Chico (the one right off the freeway on Manzanita) tonight for the first time. We got there around 8:35–8:40… and it is now almost midnight of the same day and I swear to you — we have not been able to stop talking about the pancakes this entire freaking time. I don’t know what kind of food voodoo y’all did in that kitchen to make the meal so ridiculously delicious, but I think I now have a new addiction. You’re definitely going to be seeing me and my girlfriend a whole lot more because of your panc
