Kim B★On Saturday, 3/21/26 we went to the drive-through at 136 Liberty St., Springfield McDonald’s we ordered two meals two drinks and it cost me $26. We took our meals as for driving we open them to find out it’s not our order at all, we tried to call them. No one would answer the phone. The receipt was barely legible, so the following Saturday when I was back in town we went there tried to explain to the manager what happened? He asked me where the food is I said that was a week ago you wanted me to save the food for you he said yes, you can’t show me the food you can’t get any money back I can’t
Richard Eldridge Sr. (jester2369)★Food quality has gone down drastically over the last few years. Prices have tripled. Basic thinking ability has gone down. They can make a hot coffee. They can make a soda. But if they're out of premixed iced coffee, they can't figure out how to make one like a normal human being. Simple formula cup + ice + coffee, it's not rocket science.
