“Great food and service”

I had a very upsetting experience at McDonald’s Restaurant #19076 (860 S. Indian Hill Blvd, Claremont, CA) on June 7, 2025. After placing our order at the kiosk, my boyfriend and I sat down to wait. While we were seated, an older male employee began mopping aggressively right under and around our chairs without any warning. The floor became very slippery, creating a clear safety hazard. When my boyfriend politely asked the employee to wait until we moved, the man walked away mumbling in Spanish. A second employee soon approached. She didn’t introduce herself but spoke both English and Spanis

This is supposed to be an ice caramel macchiato all I see is caramel and milk. Yes I wanted to let them know but the fact that no one was in the front the “manager” just directed us to order in the kiosk informed him that we were picking up and instead of asking or checking online orders that stated ready on their screen he continued to start on other orders instead of finishing the ones that were there already. Very disappointed on the service in this location.

I use the drive-thru. And when I got to the window the young lady started talking to me but wasn't looking at me. I couldn't hear what she was saying because of the traffic. I still don't know what she said but her attention was not on me.

I want this Mcdonald’s Company to be ashamed of how my husband and I were treated! We were traveling thru California and our jeep broke down. We ordered food at this Mcdonald’s while waiting on the mobile mechanic. My husband was concerned because I am a type 1 diabetic and didn’t want me to have to sit in the HOT jeep and kindly asked a worker if his wife could wait inside until it was fixed. Can you believe this the manager said we could only stay 30 minutes. WOW! Thanks for the smile and hospitality on the commercials. I hope the CEO OF MCDONALDS sees my review because it is a NEGAT
