Every single time I go, all I ask is for a little honey mustard in the bag so I can dip my fries. And every single time, that proves to be above these guys pay grade. No honey mustard. Ever. I get a simple meal every time and all I ask is for some honey mustard. Apparently that’s just too hard for yall so now I got some fries that I don’t even want cuz ain’t nothin to dip em in.

TL;DR only the dog would eat it. Ordered through the app. When I arrived, I was quickly moved to the first waiting spot next to the building. I'm thinking "All right, they want to keep the time in the drive-through number down low so I should have my food any minute" Nope! After 10 minutes had passed, I started to lose my patience, and as I was about to go in to the store, they showed up with my order. I did a quick item count, good there, went home. When i opened my Quarter Pounder box i was horrified. The meat had been overcooked substantially, pressed into an ultra thin sheet and dried.

I don't think I've ever met a friendlier staff!! The guy in the drive-thru window made an origami swan to entertain my kids while we were waiting in line! We were only there for about 5 minutes but it made their whole day. A round of applause for this team!

What really stood out though was the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. They made sure my order was correct and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. You can tell they truly care about their customers.
