Every single piece of my bucket of chicken was severely undercooked, I have no idea how this place stays open lol. Its either burnt food or raw chicken. Someone shut this place down already.

I ordered a 8pc family meal and they told me to pull to the front they have to make the extra fry as I was thinking in the car I remembered I forgot to say all dark because our family doesn’t eat white meat well I went in to tell the young man and he gladly said no problem he can change it when he attempted to the Hispanic lady from the drive through told him no don’t change it I have to take it like that I should’ve said something before she didn’t know I could hear her. People complain about service but no one should have to work or eat in a place this hot. A/C is out and I don’t mean working not working properly. It 85+ degrees inside and its got to be hotter near the back for the workers. The owners should be ashamed of this and apparently it’s been down awhile. How can anyone enjoy a hot dinner while stewing in the dinning room. I’m traveling and have no where else to eat my food.
