Im so tired of the rude and crappy service here. Had to make gravy.thats f ine. Wasnt gravy it is water consistency and was told no n its not. Ptetty much deal with it.lady had a big chip on her shoulders .must be a requirement to work here since it seems to be the regular interaction so many people get here.. ill drive to burleson from now kn if i want wendys that bad

I’ll admit, I scoffed at first seeing the $6 price tag on the Biggie Bag compared to the $5 deals elsewhere, but the quality difference is undeniable. Unlike other spots where the toppings feel like an afterthought, the ingredients here actually tasted fresh. The onion on my burger legitimately tasted like a real onion, and the pickles were thick, crunchy, and had a great snap to them. If you’re debating between the cheap options in town, spend the extra dollar here. The jump in food quality makes it a much better value for a family meal.

Apparently the workers here can't read or something. Husband and I ordered food here. When the food was delivered half my order was missing. No fries no drink and they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich. This is why we stopped ordering here. Thought we would give them another try.

Pulled up and was the only person in the drive through was served cold fry's nuggets and burger for one of my meals , my 4 year olds kids meal was cold as well. Ordered 2 drinks as well and wasn’t given any straws and my son’s sweet tea was an unsweetened tea. Didn’t notice any of this until I got home so I called them and asked to speak with a manager I was told they were too busy when I was just there and no other customers where inside or in the drive through. I’m just confused why they didn’t make fresh food knowing it had been a while since they made fresh food and what they have been do
