Can’t score service low enough. Order was wrong but most of all the drive through employee never said a word. Just his hand out the window to take payment, hand returned with receipt, then a few minutes later a hand and no eye contact holding my food out the window. Food while about 1/2 correct was fine.

The service was horrible. It was 1.5 hours until close and there was hardly any thing available. The individual on the cook station ignored requests to drop orange chicken despite being asked to do so several times. All he did was offer blank stares. There was no acknowledgement of the waiting customers. I left after waiting over 15 minutes. Requests were still being made of the young man to drop food as he nonchalantly did everything but drop food.

Grubhub order. Incomplete order missing an entree, not packed flat in bag for delivery, all sauce inside bag and everywhere. Portions were crazy small. No fortune cookies. Called and spoke with "K" said he was manager. Said food is more expensive now so portions are strict 4 oz. Said store was out of fortune cookies. He asked how to make it right. I asked for refund, he agreed and even called me back to verify grubhub order. One week later, still no credit, and no one answering the phone all day.
