First thing I have to say: amazing customer service. I ordered Mac n cheese and a kids grilled chicken nuggets, and it was delicious. I don’t usually order Mac n cheese from chick fil A, because jt tastes watery and resembles box Mac n cheese. But this location puts their knees and elbows into this Mac n cheese. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes just to order this Mac n cheese.

The drive through worker sarah is not good at her job at all. Two times in the last week I have gone through and gotten her and two times my food has been messed up and her service and attitude has been terrible. She gave me a dirty look for ordering sauce, she had an awful tone and gave numerous judgements and rude looks. She also messed up the count on the nugget orders twice now. And put the sauces in incorrectly. Normally this location is great and so are the workers, but she has ruined my expierence twice. I will not be going through the drive again to avoid another sarah incident.

I would like to acknowledge 2 of your employees Aliza, and Melody. I may have spell Aliza name wrong if so forgive me because I lost the piece of paper. Anyway because of the courtesy and caring nature, they were outstanding. I was sitting in the parking lot for about one hour and half hours, waiting for the traffic to die down. Before I had to go home to Baytown I needed to go to the restroom. I got out of my car and was using my cane but I got dizzy and needed-to use my walker. I was walking out the door and sorta upset because my son had surgery today and he is better. It was a very roug
