Second time I get dinner here and both times I got small potions. Looked liked mostly rice, a dash of beans and a sprinkle of beef. I asked for a little more but they wanted to charge me extra.

This was my first visit to this location as I was in the area and wanted to stop in for a quick bite. I was really pleased with everything from the food to the cleanliness of the dining area to the customer service! Everything ingredient-wise was fully stocked and the tables and chairs were clean. Bradley, the General Manager, was kind enough to accommodate my sauce request for the chipotle honey chicken bowl and Edwin, the Store Manager, offered me a fountain drink on the house. This Chipotle is an absolute disgrace. The workers looked completely drained and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Zero effort, zero respect, zero customer service. Instead of a friendly greeting, it’s literally, “What do you want?” — like customers are bothering them. The restaurant was disgusting — dirty drink station, dirty floors, dirty tables. I took pictures because I honestly don’t understand how this place is still operating. This looks like a health code violation waiting to happen. Where is management? Where is the health inspection? Tala was so nice in the line. The portions were amazing. Isaac provided great customer service by wishing me a good day. Tate did an excellent job on the grill with the chicken. The atmosphere was overall great made me feel welcome and appreciated.
