Krystal burgers were hot off the grill top. Burger was good and typical Krystal. Use to have more onions on them in the past. Service is good at this location. Atmosphere is typical fast food joint. Noise level is low since it appears that most people choose to take out or go through the drive thru.

A lot of spots out here low-key have terrible service compared to what Im use to back West. Nevertheless, THIS KRYSTAL LOCATION HAS BEEN SOLID. Day in and day out. The gentleman with the dreads and the rest of the night team have been nothing but kind, respectful, consistent and chill! By far they have provided the most exceptional customer experience out of all the restaurants I’ve tried here in Memphis.(Best believe I’ve been trying all the spots out here!) Waited in line for 45 minutes. Woman taking the order was very rude and so was the woman who handed us our food. The food was good though, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. All the workers have attitudes as if you’re inconveniencing them to order food.

I should have just eaten at home. For a 10 piece wing combo meal, $23.59!!!! It's a no for me.... The wings were small/ literally only a bite, and I received a few of the fries that were salty and old. I had more napkins than food.
