I ordered 2 McChicken combos and 2 McChickens. With 2 chicken patties on all 4. 2 with no lettuce and add ketchup. 2 others light lettuce, extra mayo, and add tomato. When I got back to the hotel I had 4 buffalo McChickens no mayo and single patties. Everyone at the windows had attitudes. Needless to say I want be stopping in there any more.

Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely amazing that I ordered a Big Mac and somehow ended up with a Quarter Pounder instead. Since I can't have ketchup, it was such a thoughtful surprise. Reading an order clearly requires far too much skill, apparently. Maybe next time try hiring people who can tell the difference between two completely different sandwiches. Thanks for wasting my money and proving that even the simplest task is too much to ask.

The crew working today at 8pm was something to brag about. Very friendly. Such a positive attitude BY EVERYONE. You don’t see that. One person here and there maybe. But this was my best experience at a drive thru. Not one but all 3 interactions I had were so pleasant. Job well done to the 3 young men and the managers that trained them!

Has McDonald’s gone downhill too? My BEC biscuit was okay but the biscuit was hard almost like it was a day old? Maybe their ice machine was down because the ice coffee delivered had no ice? No complaints from the dog who gobbled down her sausage patty.🐾
