The manager here was absolutely rocking it training new staff, making drinks, and running the drive-thru all at once. Pure hustle, and great to see. That said, the glazed doughnuts we ordered were a letdown. They were clearly day-old and stale. Come for the hard-working crew and the coffee, but maybe skip the bakery rack.

If I could give no stars I would. If they make the drink right you're lucky. They never listen to you when you're ordering so you have to repeat yourself then they still get it wrong. The older gal always acts like she rushing around while others stand around clueless. Hope.shes not the manager, horrible example and NO customer service. Not even polite!

horrible restaurant and management, cant keep employees due to improper management, nothing is deep cleaned regularly or thoroughly since certain employees left. current employees have terrible attitudes and dont know how to properly deal with customers, often refusing simple requests and holding up long lines. service lines are often DISGUSTING and never deep cleaned properly. most deep cleaning may not directly affect customers, but the milk, espresso, and coffee machines sure do and are downright horrible (see another review for an even worse pic!). milk machines need cleaned at least every

Pathetic Food service. Veterans beware‼️‼️‼️‼️Seriously served me burned old, stale hash browns. Lady even told him " the hash browns should have been fresh.." The atmosphere sucks and employee morale is nonexisting.
