Will never visit this location again. Stood waiting 15 mins to even place an order. Had to go get someone was told they would get to us when they could they were short staff. Mean while there were 4 employees we saw standing there doing nothing. Short staff is not four people standing around doing nothing and 3 working. Also guys in front of us had a pick up order under his own name waited 5 mins to get that with the lady upfront arguing with him about showing his info to get his own order after he stated twice he was not door dash. This place is absolutely filthy! From the soda area and the cold teas to the tables that just look like they haven't been cleaned off. The bathrooms are filthy. And the tables outside are covered in dirt. The hibiscus tea machines look more like mold and algae than tea. Absolute worst Panera I've ever been in. Let's not even talk about the carpet. It's so bad I'm contacting corporate over this one.

This has to be one of my top 3 worst experiences at a restaurant. I ordered brocoli cheddar soup ($7.99), a manho smoothie ($6.89), a loaf of country rustic sourdough ($9.39), a cinnamon crunch bagel ($0.95), and a bacon mac & cheese breadbowl ($9.08) which for some reason comes with a piece of baguette as well. When they called my order I go up to find two plates, one with the soup and a baguette and one with a bacon mac breadbowl and a baguette and that's it. Ordered delivery on Panera site. It said delivery available between 7:18 and 7:32. Notified at 7, driver picked up food. The interactive delivery map not working. Called the store at 8pm requesting to cancel the order. Was advised by the manager that delivery was not her responsibility. Once it leaves the store she is not responsible. I explained that I did not order through door dash, but Panera site, and that driver had picked food up over 45 mins ago and still not delivered.
