I normally go to the location in Dyer. I decided to go to this location twice. Once last week and again today just to be sure I was not misjudging what had occurred the first time. Both times I went I noticed it is predominantly White (staff and customers) which is no issue for me. I am Black. So when my ice cream was being made I noticed it didn't fill the cup at all. The ice-cream was under the brim of the cup ( I got the size "gotta have it" ) I asked him if he can put more in and he didn't acknowledge me he just did it but slapped it in the cup and didn't mix my add ins well at all. I get

*UPDATE* 7/2/2024 INITIAL REVIEW BEFORE 2 YEARS OLD I'm going to have to downgrade my review to 2 stars, and even that's being generous. I placed an online order an hour in advance to be picked up at 6:45pm and upon arrival exactly at the time stated I still had to wait 10 minutes or until after all the customers in the lobby were taken care of to include someone that came in after me who was handed their online order right away. I don't want to play the race card, but the employees were young Caucasians and reality is reality. Everyone had their orders handed to them, but mine was sat on top

Definitely not worth the time or the money. This sad soupy representation of ice cream Definitely not worth over 6 dollars or the over 10 minutes of wait with almost no one in there. I think from now on I'd rather give sonic or one of the other local ice cream spots my business. This is pure trash.

They had 4 people working behind the counter. The cashier was making something and ignored two people at the counter including me. I got home and one quart was completely melted and the other was literally freezer burnt and soft crunchy. We live 15 minutes away and the ac was on the whole time.
