Worst Panera I have ever been at. Meal was a joke for the price. I got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with a southwest salad. Sandwich had literally 2 small pieces of bacon and no flavor. The salad had a small squirt of the southwest dressing. The piece of bread was 1/3 of what the picture on line showed. These pictures were taken before I ate anything. Total crap for $15.

I waited for my order while multiple employees walked right past me several times. Not one of them acknowledged me, asked if I needed help, or even said they'd be with me shortly. My food was already sitting there ready to go — all it would have taken was a quick "How can I help you?" so I could give my name and receive my bag. That simple interaction would have taken 30 seconds. Unfortunately, this isn't a one-time issue; it happens consistently. The order was completely wrong. Bagels toasted but ordered not and the other way around. Coffee was tasteless and drinks were forgotten and needed to be ordered again. The dining room was dirty and the coffee area disgusting. Used to go to Panera to get good service and food in a nice clean atmosphere. Not here.
