Jennifer Bowser★Went for my daughter's college graduation. I made a reservation via their reservation site, received the confirmation email, and was told at arrival they didn't have one for us. They sat us anyway but the following experience after was disappointing. My daughter ordered the $55 12oz New York strip medium rare. It came out barely medium, bland, and chewy. Others at our table also ordered the same entrée and had the same review. When the manager came to chat he barely apologized and offered little to no reasonable resolution. My entrée (Bix burger and fries) was barely warm and incredibly small

This pork chop had been on the menu since the restaurants origination. President Obama stayed at the hotel enjoyed the pork chops so much he asked the chef to allow him to serve this meal at the White House!!!! One of my favorite pork chops best I've ever had!!!
