I had a great experience at Panda today. The customer service was truly a class act: Ashley, Jacqueline, and Philip all went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. The food looked very fresh, and there was plenty available for purchase, which made the whole experience even better. I really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the team. The store manager is very polite (I have spoken to her on the phone twice) but someone at that restaurant has cost them a long-time customer. (1) Order walnut shrimp. Order arrived and there was not a SINGLE walnut. Not ONE. I spoke to the manger and she apologized and said she will talk to whoever made my order. I sent my husband to pick up my food and when he got there, there was only one person doing everything! She did an amazing job taking care of everybody on her own. They had to cooks and that’s great to keep up with all the food, but she was by herself doing the dining room and when people order on their phones to go, she did all that on her own, what amazing this person deserves a raise
