Ordered a plate with chow main sweet and sour chicken and brócoli beef. Brócoli beef is missing. They give you an attitude when you take your time and check if they gave you the correct Oder but won’t answer the phone so I can make a claim about my missing item.

Gave us half empty plates. We were waiting on some entrée and they forgot to add them in. Also, had a gift card with a full balance. The cashier couldn't input the card information. She said the balance was zero. I checked after, it had a full balance.

I know we went late and they were almost closing but at that point why serve the food for money if it's burnt or overcooked. The fried rice had to have been stuck to the pan burnt because my meal had a scraped up burnt peice and the entire thing tasted burnt. The honey walnut was to crispy so it probably had been in there to long. The fresh broccoli beef and the fresh sweet fire servings they did for us were really good. So I'm sure that if we went earlier in the day it would have been better but very soon it would have been trash can food. The staff was nice. Nice making us fresh servings of

We are from the UK and this was our first ever visit to a Panda Express. From the moment we walked in, we had an amazing experiance. Great ambience, happy go lucky staff who offered for us to try some flavours before purchase. all staff including management were Ace and very very welcoming. Cleanliness 5* and food quality is superb. We ordered a mixture of plates, portion sizes were great including proteins. Great location and service overall. Thank you Panda Express!
