I am a daily Dunkin’ customer, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any location. There was a slight language barrier, so I politely asked the employee to repeat herself because I could not understand what she was saying. She became rude, dismissive, and began speaking to me in a raised voice as if I were a child. The interaction was so embarrassing, especially with other customers standing nearby. I was so uncomfortable with the way I was treated that I decided not to complete my order and left. What was most disappointing is that when I asked to speak with a manager, I was

We have other Dunkin' locations closer to us, but this one is our absolute favorite. My daughter and I have a 'Daddy-Daughter Friday' tradition where we come here before school, and we’ve been doing it for years. We are never disappointed! The staff is incredibly friendly and they always have a great selection. It’s a special part of our week.

Very disappointed the lady working there used her hands to pick up ive that fell out of the cut and put it back in my drink I refuse to take the drink she argued with me thats she's clean yet she just used the register for another customer and for me. Then she maid me another drink. Poor service
