I usually order here because they make the better coffee. Today I got my order this is my medium. Super small. They forgot my one sauce I requested. And my fries were burnt. I ordered 30 min prior due to lunch break and had to wait another 15 minutes for my order when I got there. Won’t be coming here anymore, I get it gets busy but how hard is it to remember small details of an order.

Subpar experience. Ordered to dine in, experienced a longer than average wait. Normally food is delivered to table when requesting. Attendant decided to call my number instead. Fries were luke warm not crispy as if they were sitting around under a heat lamp. I've been to several Mcd's this one by far the worst. Employees need some serious training. Maybe a robot to replace would 🤔 suffice, soon. 🤣

Stopped by the McDonald's drive-thru and used the far-right lane. The audio was pretty rough - I couldn't hear the employee clearly, and it seemed like he had trouble hearing me too. Even with the back-and-forth, the order was made correctly and everything was good in the end. Appreciate that it still came out right.

Wednesday night. We came for 2 large drinks. ( Drinks are wrong! ) Why did it take 25 minutes!?!? One girl up front helping out then she disappeared for 7 minutes almost 10 then comes back. Everything is slow even drive thru, the screens inside don’t show combos or food items it’s off. What is going on with McDonald’s lately?
