Rude place. You even can't use a restroom before you purchase. In my opinion it's absolutely not acceptable for this world. But they was rude and unrespectful for me. Not recommended. It's something crazy. The lady from Japan never had this situation anywhere in this World. But here. Shame for the whole Detroit.

This is one of the WORST places to eat in downtown Detroit. I went there on my break to get a 7.99 meal combo. First off the place is horrible as far cleanliness. It was all kinds of food and debris on the floor behind the counter where the food was being prepared. Secondly I was greeted by Erica who was rudely taking orders and rushing customers orders. She messed up almost every order that was placed while I was in line. I placed my order for a 7.99 grilled chicken combo with her. After allowing others to go in front of me because the orders were screwed up my order finally came up. The same

Ordered through delivery. Bought the BIG turkey breast with additional toppings. Received turkey, cheese and bread. Not even mayo. Whoever is on their sandwich line needs to be fired. Not retrained. This was just pure incompetence.

I don’t know what college students they hired but they can’t make a sandwich. We had toppings spent almost $40 and they didn’t put 1 topping on my sandwich.The sandwich was completely dry with just turkey and cheese 🤦🏽‍♂️
