I had one of the hardest and most overwhelming days of my life recently, and I genuinely don’t think I would have gotten through it the same way without the kindness of an employee named Denzel Kureshi. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, he treated me with a level of care and respect that went far beyond what you would normally expect. He didn’t rush me or treat me like just another order. Instead, he took the time to check on me, speak to me with patience, and make sure I was okay. In a moment where I really needed support, his kindness stood out in a way that I will never forget.

Trash. Manager who worked the register in the first window was at least pleasant. The girl in the second window was angry that I changed my mind for my sauce. I waited 45 min (for my kids because kids love Mcdonalds) so just hand me the damn buffalo sauce. Fish filet had 1/2 slice of cheese… trash.

Pulled up with a code, no answer or saying anything like “I’ll be with you a minute” waits 5 mins, go to the 1st window, nobody there, 2nd window the young lady asked me what I got after I expressed nobody had said anything through the mic. There were cars still in the drive through being served. All I heard was the manager saying “only taking 2 more orders at 1015pm. There’s still 45 mins until closing sooo?? I see why it’s not even 3 stars. Smh.

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband stopped by here Thursday night and got the worst looking burger I've ever seen. The bun was hard and the patty was burnt! He wasn't even able to eat more than a bite and on top of that he got very sick!
