Not a good experience... My daughters, my grandson and I, went into your store looking forward to having lunch... We were the only ones in line, so we patiently waited and waited and waited... Almost like we were invisible, ignored... They were serving a few people in the Drive-Thru... But half the group was just walking around and talking... I asked to see the manager, and this girl said rudely "we are busy with the drive-thru"... But like I said half the people were walking around doing nothing, I was not impressed... If this is how you run the business you will be out of business very soon.

Just a heads up because this was honestly disgusting and I don't want anyone else dealing with this. I went to the Wendy's on Fairburn Rd and was told to pull into a parking space because fresh chicken tenders were coming out. After about 10 minutes, they brought me a kids' meal, but the fries were cold. I went inside to ask for fresh fries, the young employee took my fries and DUMPED THEM back into the little fry bin with the other frys That alone was nasty, but what makes it worse is that I had already touched the fries and even taken a bite before they were dumped back in. 3/6/26 Very poor customer service.. The young lady the took my order has attitude..The young man that walked my order to my car I asked him if my receipt was in the bag... Terrible experience. Asked for hot food and was given $19 worth of cold food. Never again. So disrespectful. I don't recommend going after 7 pm because they use old food and Redrock the fries.
