I just got a bean burrito and when I opened it up it had beef in it. I took it back in to show them that it had beef in it. It was plain to see how much beef was in my so-called bean burrito. I had one manager come up and look at it and try to tell me that there wasn't beef in the burrito that I was holding that had beef in it. He then went and spoke with another manager. I believe her name was Lisa. Lisa said there was no beef in the bean burrito that she hadn't even looked at and announced it to the whole room. This place is worse than awful!! I will NEVER go back!! Every time I go, it's at least a 20 minute or more wait. They hand me cold food, give me attitude if I ask for warm food, or they will shut the drive thru window in your face and make you waste more time and they still will still give you cold or poor quality food. I am determined to file as many complaints with corporate, the franchise owners, and the store managers as I can!! Richmond customers, we need to boycott this location until positive changes are made!!

I placed an order a whole hour ahead of time just to ensure it would be 100% ready when I get off of work late night. I wait in an insanely slow line that only has a few cars just to finally get to the window, and the “system canceled the order so we never made it”. Ok. System canceled the order but it made sure to still take the dollars lol.

I stay in drive through two or three times to pickup my order several times. The behavior of employees are very badly and rudely. I'm a delivery driver and I picked up orders from most of restaurant in richmond. I can confidently say that this place has the worst service in Richmond.
