I stopped going to this Hardee's because the food value has gone down tremendously! Had a taste for the loaded omelet biscuit and was really disappointed. It's not worth $4 for the sandwich an $8 for the meal! It was definitely nothing loaded about this sandwich. Egg was flat. Just totally DISAPPOINTED!

Used the app to do a pick up order in lobby. First time at this location and will be my last. Upon arrival.. trash everywhere. A dirty wet diaper all over 2 parking stalls. When you walk in, it feels dirty. Dead bugs in the light fixtures, floors look filthy. Equipment looks rusted. Wait time was excessive with just me and 1 other person in the lobby. Workers seemed high as a kite and lacked communications skills. My food was switched with the others person bag and we swapped it. Food quality beyond disappointing. Left this location to go to BURGER KING because the 2 young men that weee working refused to acknowledge me in the drive thru. They saw me pull in as I saw them clearly when I pulled in. Both behind the counter talking. I waited 10 minutes before I pulled off and they erected each at the drive thru window one leaned his head out to spit. I was on the phone with the actual location i became leaving a message. I’ve never had such negative experience at this location. The morning staff being the only redeeming quality just isn’t enough for me to do business at that location ever again. Their lac
