I have eaten here quite a few times and each time I have been more than happy with what I got. What im not happy with is the way I have seen the management and higher ups treat the workers below them. From seeing them scream in their face that they are not going fast enough to getting in their way while there are 10 people in the lobby and more in the drive through, the management of this establishment seems to be doing everything in their power to make this an absolutely miserable place to work. I come here every morning despite how terrible they are trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I order the same thing ever day like clockwork and yet they are always out of so many things. If you know consistently certain folks come everyday would t you be sure to stock appropriately. There are always new employees that do not fully understand how to do the job. The drive thru takes forever, they are unable to wait on someone at the window and take an order at the same time. I've asked for my drink to be modified they tell me it is a premeasured thing and yet when I order the same thing

This location is horrible. It is the closest to my house, and I’ve tried giving them more chances. I’ve been stuck in the drive thru line for over half an hour (no way to leave once you’re in). The service is consistently slow, the staff and management there are incredibly rude. I’ve been 5 times and 4 of those times my drinks have had no espresso, literally just iced milk. This morning they handed me my drink (after a 15 minutes wait…) and it was white. I said “oops I think you forgot to add espresso”, they said “no we definitely put it in there” I said “no… it wouldn’t be white”. Then the ma

My drink isn’t filled all the way to the top. So on top of having a lot of ice in there, I get less drink on top of that, I haven’t taken a single sip out of this yet. If this was a one time thing I’d be one thing, but this has happened several times, and I will no longer be purchasing beverages from Dunkin from here on.
