I order from Zupas all the time, never from this location. I ordered a protein bowl and it was supposed to be done at 5:42. However, I had to wait 15 minutes. When I opened the container, it was just a bunch of cottage cheese and barely any other ingredients. One tiny piece of avocado. For the money I’m being charged…This is not worth it… I will make sure not to come back to this location.

Unfortunately I found a giant tooth pick in the middle of my sandwich melted into the cheese. I reached out to Cafe Zuppas via their website and I was not satisfied with their response. They seemed to think the toothpick was just on top in the bread to hold it together and would not let me send more photos. I felt brushed off and feel this was a potentially dangerous situation. Very disappointed.
