This is, without a doubt, the worst DD location I’ve ever visited. The quality of the food and drinks is completely inconsistent with the brand’s. I’m not sure if there’s a training issue or a lack of attention to detail, but it’s nearly impossible to get a coffee that actually matches what you ordered or even tastes good. This isn’t based on a one-time experience, I’ve been coming here for years simply because it’s close by, and unfortunately the issues have been ongoing. Disgusting. I ordered a cold brew with skim this morning and it smelled and tasted moldy!!! It wasn’t just me, I let my coworkers take a whiff and they all agreed. I had to dump it They must not be cleaning the machines properly.

First off, I don’t write reviews at all, but this is the literal worst Dunkin I’ve ever visited, they are extremely rude and it’s always the same people working that are so rude, the worst experience I’ve ever had, I can’t believe it, no matter how nice you try to be they are always so rude and nasty. Today I went through the drive thru, and the customer service was HORRIBLE. I was ordering and “sweetie” if that’s even her real name tried to rush me through my order when you order a coffee there are modifications that ppl like. I said dang you don’t even know how I want my coffee and proceeds to say “cream and sugar” yes but hold on a second. I get to the window and ask for an empty cup, mind you I got an iced cofeee and regular hot cofeee, what’s an empty cup going to do?
