employees are insanely rude. first window employee snatched my card out of my hand and slammed the window then practically threw my card back at me. didn’t say a single word, not even a smile. second window employee just about tossed my food out of the window, still no words and no smile. i understand having a bad day in the drive thru but this was so unacceptable. asked for sauce and recieved absolutely none. ordered two burgers and they were a greasy mess which shouldn’t have even been put in a bag to go to a customer. it’s always dirty in there as is but it still doesn’t make up for their p

Went to this McDonald's and ordered a big Mac meal medium and a crispy chicken sandwich. Sat for over 30 minutes. Woman brought out the wrong order and we necer saw another person again. Literall6had to go inside to find out what happened to our meal. The staff was clueless and this is what I waited so long to receive. Where are all of the lettuce and tomatoes? This sandwich was literally thrown on the bun in an attemp to get rid of us. I will drive to Utica before I go back to this place again. The owner of this franchise need to clean house. I ordered a pickup order off the McDonald's mobile app at approximately 10:45pm. I paid for it when I made the order on the app with my card. It is about a mile away and I decided to take my dog on a walk while I picked up the order. When I got there at 11:10pm the door was locked. the lady who I assume was the manager, yelled to me through the locked glass door that I could not come in. I tried to show her the order details from the app but she showed no interest in looking at it. She told me that I had to have a car and go through the drive through.
