Placed a mobile order at 2:40 on Christmas Day. Waited in line, no one said anything at the ordering screen so we pulled around to the window. Was told they were closed. I asked when they closed and the very rude man inside yelled 2:00. I asked how I’m going to get my money back for my mobile order and they told me contact Dunkin for a refund. No where on this establishment was it posted that they closed at 2:00. I feel bad for the 4 other cars behind me who also thought they were open. I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the Dunkin’ associate who kindly let me use the restroom during my visit. I am a MTA driver taking a break in my route to grab my favorite matcha. I didn’t catch her name, 8/4/2025 20:01pm but she was incredibly warm and understanding. In a world where kindness can sometimes be rare, her simple act of courtesy really stood out. It made my day, and I truly appreciated her helpfulness and professionalism. Small gestures like that go a long way. And the tea was good. Thank you again!
