Any time you ask for less ice you get half a coffee drink. When asked about why, they say because "you asked for less ice". Apparently the cost of milk is too high? Also .. Are we paying upwards of 10 dollars for iced coffee drinks only to have it majority frozen water? Finally the prices at this store are higher than any other DD in town. So crooks from start to finish.

Purchased a 50$ gift card. No receipt given, when the receiver of the gift card went to use the gift card it said invalid. When I bought the card to Dunkin and showed my proof of purchase on Apple Pay they refused to fix the problem. Believing I got scammed. Been going to the Dunkin for years and I will never be going back. So disappointed in how this was handled.

Usually very busy and even if you put in the order way beforehand you will be waiting which is frustrating when you place an order 20+ minutes before getting there . They don't have a drive through or curbside delivery and parking is hard to get when everyone is inside waiting. Also when you ask for less ice they give you 2/3 cup of product and the food is usually overcooked/burned but the donuts are usually ok. I have received wrong or partial orders many times so have stopped coming to this location even though it is convenient.

Nicely located . Good and smiling customer service . Quick billing and the food was also ready quick . Hot Coffee was ok .. the cold coffee maschiato was really good . As always I love their refreshers and donuts . Good experience overall ..
