I had a disappointing experience at this Panda Express location. The customer service was very poor, and the staff were not friendly or welcoming. My order was prepared incorrectly, and when I politely brought it to their attention and asked for it to be remade, my request was refused. I then asked for a refund, which was also denied. One of the employees stated that she was the manager, but she also refused to resolve the issue. Due to the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to correct a mistake, I would not recommend this location.

This lady with No smile and No customer service skills at all was the reason there was a line up in store. She had No sense of urgency at all! She’s just placing rice and noodles in a box with her head down, No eye contact and not understanding the customers what the customers want and how big of a group it is. She’s just lining things up for other two girls instead of making first group of people pay up etc and finish within their order.
