My chicken was dry to the point of being hard to eat, they forgot my side (fries), and it took 20 minutes to get my meal even though I ordered online and took 15 minutes to arrive. Altogether a poor dining experience. The fried cheese balls were delicious though. Id come back for those.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Service is slow if you order inside. Drive thru is normal speed but beware you will be missing items or you will be given bad quality food. I was given a "whole chicken" unfortunately this chicken was missing both chicken breast and a thigh. And too make matters worse, they serve you plantains that are burned pass the point of no return. I recommend asking for your receipt, they tend to purposefully not give it to you at the window. I guess you can't complain if you don't have proof of purchase. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

I’ll make this quick ladies and gentlemen… I ordered a Tropichop with plantains for my partner… she was hungry beyond… we’d driven uber all day and she deserved a nice snack… Where are the plantains you ask? I ask the same thing. Missing. Missing from the bag. Paid for mind you… missing. Have you seen my plantains? If you have please let me know. We missed them very much. And I’m sure they want to come home. This isn’t the first time. Save the plantains!
