Very unfortunate that a place with such good food and great staff can be so disorganized. It seems like they just need good training on how to follow a line of production. There's a reason this unit get terrible reviews. This is a large tropichop. There's almost no chicken and the tomatoes are going bad. I love Pollo Tropical, but unfortunately many units are very disappointing.

We came in near the end of the night and understood that some items might be running low, but there were still about 35 minutes left until closing. Unfortunately, we were treated very poorly by the staff. We were given very small portions of food, even though there was still an entire tray of rice available. On top of that, we ordered four salt soups, and they had literally no vegetables or chicken left in them—just broth. That is completely unacceptable, especially when charging full price.
