I have been calling this morning 03/11/26 for 7 times no one has answered the phone. I came through the drive thru this morning the lady was very nice I order the 5 for 8.99 for work I just took a bit of the Krystal burger and it was a long piece of hair in it this is not appreciable at all I have called 7 times and no one is answering. What restaurant have a voicemail it’s 924 still no answer

If there was a “0” available, that would be the score for this franchise. Even with a blue and red OPEN sign and 24 hour listing, the three females inside not only made no effort to come to the take out window but locked the window. Something should be done to change this entry and description as well as turning off the signs if you have no intention of serving guests at 10:30PM. Sorry excuse for what usually serves a good burger. We went down the street and seven of us had great service and food from Whataburger and a very congenial server named Micheal.

Yall this is the worst krystals ive ever had in my life my bread is hard as a rock my Krystal’s are smushed and there is nothing on it no onions no nothing. I do not recommend nor will I be returning

I have been craving Krystal's randomly and there chili cheese fries really hit the spot. Even late night. I have no complaints, customer service was still good.
