Took my 2 sisters today around 11:30 am for the hot dog special...one of my sisters who has dementia loves the hot dogs at another Hardee's but this one was closer to my ther sister so we thought we'd try it. There were 2 employees behind the counter...the cook and the drive thru lady. I stood there for minutes without anyone addressing me. They conversed with other and served the drive through customers but never acknowledged me or the other 2 customers that came in behind me. I stopped here because it was convenient. My 11 year old niece was very skeptical and asked "is this the best option?" As we went in and approached the counter to order she commented on the dirty and worn-out rug, dirty floor, and yucky soda fountain. They advertise breakfast until noon so we got a Frisco breakfast sandwich combo and the hand battered chicken biscuit. We had the pick of several tables, not the cleanest place, sat down and said grace. Gotta be covered from "all hurt harm and danger." Went to Hardee’s this morning 8-11-2025. I ordered two frisco breakfast sandwiches with only egg and cheese. The bread was soggy and not even cooked. Why do I deal with this DAMN STORE. Bad service bad cooks that don’t care ALWAYS THIS LOCATION. They keep the doors locked now so I really and truly will not go to this store EVER!!!! Again

The wait time here is ridiculous. Not to mention the food is not of a decent temp for the long wait. Not FRESH AT ALL. While service is poor I still believe this is a deep CORE MANAGEMENT ISSUE. How can you service guest in a decent time especially during lunch rush to customer satisfaction???
