I am kind of up in the air about this location. It's close to our house and I do enjoy some of their food, but I feel like it could be run much better. Getting coffee in the morning can be a hassle the area is so small and many people are trying to get into that same small area. I enjoy some of their salads but the prices have gone through the roof so that's hard to enjoy. If you go later in the day it's hard to find staff there's the kiosk but I hate using those things I'd rather have interaction and pay with cash. I feel like they should change the layout to put a little more focus on cust

There was a new gentleman behind the counter today serving food, and I was particularly impressed with his high level of customer service. He even communicated calmly and professionally towards another customer that they ran out of broccoli cheddar soup and offered reasonable alternatives. I didn't have the chance to personally recognize him or get his name, so here is my shout out to that employee! Your performance is what so many others in a similar role should strive towards in a time where customer service skills are lacking severely!

I had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread! I ordered a salad, a baguette, and some pastries — and everything was absolutely delicious. The salad was fresh and perfectly balanced, the baguette warm and crispy, but what truly stole my heart was the bakery section. To refresh this location for new customers, I feel that you need to make the show kitchen, it would be interesting for people to look how bakers decorate and bake, it's stunning!! I tried the new Italian season Sandwich from the menu, but it's only in this location, I hope it will go viral! The braid bread with multi lettuce, tomato, cream cheese, sapresano meat and asiago cheese and avocado on the side! OMG! It was amazing! No sause - cream cheese is better for sandwiches. PLEASE try it there!!! It's very tasty😋 And Fresca lemonade with strawberry (no basil) 🤪 Trust me, it's amazing!
