this Dunkin used to be my favorite until the past few times I've ordered, there's been something wrong. I've noticed whenever I do delivery orders through Uber, something is usually messed up and there's like no level of care that goes into my order at all.. The latte I ordered today was literally just milk and syrup, they forgot the espresso all together and couldn't even bother to mix the syrup . I also ordered a Turkey white cheddar sandwich on an English muffin and got a sandwich with American cheese on a multi grain bagel 😵‍💫 terrible

Coffee was the bottom of the pot & had coffee grounds in it. Paid too much for a less than great cup of coffee. No prices were posted for plain coffee or sizes available so I'm not sure what I ended up with. Employees were friendly but not very knowledgeable. Rather disappointing experience because I like Dunkin's coffee.

I tend to go to Dunkin’ Donuts about twice a week. This location I’ve been to on two separate occasions. Both occasions, the staff have had attitudes. Like they need to drink some morning coffee or something. Usually, when I go into Dunkin’ Donuts, I tend to bring in my laptop so I can work. I didn’t want to even open my laptop or sit down to eat due to being bothered. I listened to a staff member belittling another team member and act like it was nothing. You can tell she was uncomfortable and embarrassed. I don’t think I will be returning to this location due to poor management.

I went to the drive thru around 10:30pm on 3/27 and the attendant took about 10-15 min to do my order which was only 3 coffees. He seemed overwhelmed and frustrated. Cars were waiting in line behind me. The worst part was that the coffee tastes really bad. This guy should not be left alone doing coffees
