This is one of the worst Pollo tropical I been too I ordered some food and it took 25 minutes and it still wasn’t done. I decided to get a refund and I still haven’t gotten my refund. It’s been over a week highly recommend not to go to this place. And today, my brother went to buy some food. He got the order all the way up and they only put a small amount of chicken this place is really not worth spending money. I went to this location yesterday evening and was very delighted to find out that I could receive a discount as a military veteran. Got a family meal with one whole chicken, rice and beans, and dinner rolls for under $20. The gentlemen at the register at the drive thru was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this location.

Big shout out to Rafael for always making sure my order is correct and hot. And can't forget their delicious sweet tea. This is the best Pollo Tropical I go too. Their staff work very hard for their customers and are very professional 👏🏼.

I’ve lived down the road from this location since before it was even built, and I’ve been coming here every 2-3 months since the day it opened. Honestly, the only time this Pollo Tropical was good was during its first year. After that, it has gone completely downhill. Nine times out of ten, my order is wrong. If I ask for something on the side, they put it on top. No matter how simple the request is, there’s always an issue. On top of that, the quality and portion sizes are never consistent. Some days the food looks fresh, other days it looks thrown together with half the amount it’s supposed
