Never had an issue until today. I got two small frozen coffees. I was just about done mine when I felt something in my mouth. I pulled out a thin long piece of metal. I checked my child's drink and found more fragments. I returned to the store and began to tell the employee. They had just closed. I told her several times through the intercom (no inside access). I reiterated I didn't want a refund, just wanted to make her aware. Eventually she stopped responding and didn't come to the window, when I pulled up. Be safe, don't use this dunkin.

I have encountered the worst service and staff here. I used to visit this location daily for coffee, but yesterday, when I ordered my coffee and an Oreo macha for my wife, there was a Indian lady she gave me the wrong one. When I asked her to change it, she rudely said that she won't change it and I had to take it i request her to change it again than she rudely said to her staff give his money back for Macha only than i said ok if you don't to change it and giving me my money for cancel my whole order not for macha only than she was loud and disrespectful, shouting things like, "Go to hell,"

I bought two gallons of coffee like around $50 and they didn't put regular sugar in it, only diet sugar. Eight creamers for two gallons? Can you believe that would be enough? Also, the creamers were light, not even regular creamers so disappointed with them

When I pulled up the window attendant was already in a bad mood while taking the order. They began to laugh with coworkers during the process. I was never provided with a receipt or a bag for my order. Also the coffee cup is a quarter of the way empty. He thought I said something to him at the window but in actuality I was verbally noting that I didn't see a flavor on the menu anymore. I work customer service too. I get it can be crappy sometimes but you never take your frustrations out on the customers. This location needs to get it together.
