This place is hiding behind a car wash. Outdoor seating only. They asked if I preferred most or lean brisket which I always appreciate. The brisket was great. My ribs were good. They were out of the Mac n cheese unfortunately. Didn't enjoy the beans. Good size portions and they were very friendly.

Passing through and discovered this place. I got the Ribs and Brisket. The Barbeque was delicious! Sides were also delicious. They had 3 sauces. Barbeque, spicy and golden. All were also delicious. I want to come back here every time I pass through Grand Junction!!

You should go back to culinary school. I'm not sure which part of Texas these raw beans are from, but send them back. And whoever told you to buy your potato salad at Walmart was mistaken. Also...WHY do you have more celery seeds than cabbage in this monstrosity you're calling coleslaw? Also the pulled pork you substituted for jalapeño sausage is so mushy you could make baby food out of it. 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤮 the mac & cheese was good tho & the ribs.

First time at Snooks, but I've had BBQ from all over the US and this is just what the Grand Valley needs. Perfectly smoked, dank meat with some delicious sides. I got there after the lunch rush and while they were sold out of brisket, Scott made it right. Could not be happier and will be returning.
