I placed & paid for an order on the Dunkin’ app for the Halloween munchkins donut hole treat bucket. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they had completely run out. I was disappointed, but the situation was completely rectified when the manager gave me a full refund AND a free dozen of donuts! They were very apologetic and so kind . 10 out of 10 customer service and the donuts are delicious!!!! Thank you Dunkin

I went in on on 10/26 at 8:10PM and thought I would get a nice cup of coffee for my 12 HOUR shift and this is what I got! Totally unacceptable. I mean where’s the customer service for a Dunkin Donuts paid employee to simply strain and serve a decent cup of coffee. I paid you to waste my money? What’s wrong with employees these days. From ordering what they want for you to eat to totally not doing their job. This is the later. Terrible. The night shift; I am disappointed to have wasted my money and I regret having to come there because it hasn’t been the first time. SMH

if I could give this place a 0 star I would. pulled in for 2 coffees and 6 munchkins. at 10:50. Decided to go inside. I was the only one in there and ordered b4 a little rush. had to tell the clerk 3 times I wanted 6 powered munchkins and waiting for my coffee s. I asked for help again the girl said well here's ur coffee we called it b 4.....I don't think so this isn't even the full order. 1 large w cream 1 small black. Don't go to that Dunkin
