So I normally don't go out of my way to write bad reviews, but this was the proverbial straw that broke the camels back. Ordered our food at 410pm, 15 minutes later asked where our food was. No one knew, after 20 minutes they still didnt know. I understand its McDonald's, but good lord I've never seen a place ran so haphazardly. We have sat stuck in the drive through many times as well. The owner of this McDonald's really needs to be present and set an acceptable standard.

Some black lady took my order. Ordered a large vanilla iced coffee she gives me a medium. I say can I get a large please? She says they will take care of it at the window. I still ended up getting a medium coffee despite trying to take care of it. Terrible service just go to a different mcdonalds where people actually want to do their job and give you what you ordered and tried to pay for.

Did you know that if you guys would quit printing the white ticket to mark doordash order as "ready" ... Dashers wouldn't show up looking at you irritated when the order isn't ready. Then WE wouldn't be docked for LATE orders when it's YOU that we were waiting on. Also your regular customer crowd the counter needing actual help amd they go ignored. This is every mcdonalds. Although this one really prides themselves on poor service.

Ordered a quarter pounder value meal (9.75). Young lady rang it up separately so it costed 12.00. Tried to point out mistake by clarifying the #2 value meal and she just stared at me with some sarcastic look of indignation and wouldn’t respond verbally. After about 10 seconds of staring at each other I figured it wasn’t worth getting into a fight over and left. My how times have changed.
